First, let me thank you for assisting the Kingdom in our quest to defeat the Eye once and for all. We hope you can help us with our tasks and prove to us once more that our trust in the ECR is well-placed.

The boffins at the Oceanic Guild have designed some rather ingenious waterproof outfits. Although no true Makaran would wear them, His Majesty believes that this would greatly benefit you in your perilous journey. Your local liaison has been handed the location of the Oceanic Guild outpost. The Guild is willing to supply you with the gear provided that you are in turn willing to go there to obtain it.

Brief: Sielba (a Carracosta) - a member of the Oceanic Guild - has invented waterproof garments that can stretch to fit any size Pokémon. The Outpost is a little out of the way but the Guild is willing to donate as many suits as possible as long as there are volunteers able to bring them back to the camp.
Risks: No great risk, although the location is fairly out-of-the-way and navigation may be difficult.
Mission Particulars: This mission can be done with any number of teams, as long as the total Atk + Sp. Atk meets or exceeds the prerequisite.
